Terms and Conditions

Shipping, Return, Cancellation, Modification and Guarantee

The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to all goods purchased from “GRANDOME INDONESIA”, in the “Republic of Indonesia”, by the following means:

  • “GRANDOME INDONESIA” affiliated stores
  • Online
  • Over the phone.

By Purchasing from “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or affiliate stores you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

SHIPPING

  • Delay
    1. “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or affiliate will strive to match the estimated day of delivery you were provided. Unfortunately, we might exceptionally ask for further delay, especially for delivery outside the Jakarta area.
    2. In all cases where “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or affiliate stores would provide you an estimated time of arrival at the shipping address, please be reminded it is only an estimate and that your goods might arrive 1 hour before or 2 hours after our estimate.
  • Pricing for the following products:
    1. Stools and Ottomans (single piece)
    2. Rugs and Carpets (one- or 2-pieces depending on the size)
    3. Accessories (maximum 5 pieces depending on the size)
      • Delivery Free: DKI Jakarta area (only applied for the purchase of non-discounted items)
      • 100.000rp for: DKI Jakarta area (applied for the purchase of discounted items)
      • 150.000rp for: PIK 2, Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Depok, Kota Bekasi
      • Outside of these areas, “GRANDOME INDONESIA” will establish for you an accurate pricing depending on your location and the products purchased.
  • Pricing for the following products:
    1. Upholstery
    2. Furniture
    3. Mirror
    4. Lighting and products comprising electrical component
    5. Accessories of great size
      • Delivery Free: DKI Jakarta area (only applied for the purchase of non-discounted items)
      • 250.000rp for: DKI Jakarta area (applied for the purchase of discounted items)
      • 450.000rp for: PIK 2, Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Depok, Kota Bekasi
      • 850.000rp for: Kabupaten Tangerang, Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Bogor, Kabupaten Bekasi
      • Outside of these areas, “GRANDOME INDONESIA” will establish for you an accurate pricing depending on your location and the products purchased.
  • Procedure
    1. Before any delivery you’ll be contacted by “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or any affiliated stores to confirm the shipping address and your availability to receive the goods.
    2. "GRANDOME INDONESIA", the affiliated stores and the carriers concerned cannot be held responsible for any trouble due to the provision of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address from your side.
    3. A “Shipment Sheet” will be provided with every delivery. This document must be signed, dated and returned by the customer within a week (or 5 working days) by the means of his choice to claim the guarantee and/or return any product.
    4. Any defective product delivered must be reported within 3 days, past this delay the customer will be considered responsible for any degradations on the product.

RETURN and CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

“GRANDOME INDONESIA” and affiliated stores value your opinions and changes of mind, and will allow you to return and/or cancel any unwanted goods under the following conditions:

  • For all Return/Cancellation/Modification, please contact “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or affiliate stores through the contact information present on your “Proforma-Invoice” document or through these contacts:
    1. By mail at: support@grandome.id
    2. By phone at the: +62 811 2703 650
    3. To ease the process and reduce delays, please remind us your contact information, your order code (present on the “Proforma-Invoice”), and all details about the Return/Cancellation/Modification
  • These items cannot be returned:
    1. Discounted products.
    2. Pillows and Cushions.
    3. Rugs and Carpets.
    4. Lighting and products comprising electrical components.
  • Any ready-stock item must be returned:
    1. Within 3 days starting from the delivery date (indicated on the “Shipment Sheet”).
    2. Unused or in perfect condition, the products will be inspected once returned by "GRANDOME INDONESIA" or affiliated stores within 3 days.
    3. Within the original packaging
    4. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any order must be cancelled/modified within 3 days starting from the Invoice validation date, past this delay, your order will be processed, and so, cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • “GRANDOME INDONESIA” and affiliated stores will never refund for any return or cancelled products. You will be provided a Credit Note (of the amount already paid for the product returned or cancelled) available for a different purchase, in the same store, of an amount equal or superior to the credit available.

GUARANTEE

“GRANDOME INDONESIA” offers a 2 years (24 months) warranty covering any manufacturing defect on its products under the following conditions:

  • This guarantee starts from the delivery date indicated on the “Shipment Sheet” provided with any delivery. This document must be signed, dated and returned by the customer within a week (or 5 working days) by the means of his choice to claim the guarantee.
  • Our guarantee does not cover products, parts and materials listed there:
    1. Fabric covers
    2. Leather covers
    3. Natural fibres rattan
    4. Cushions and pillows
    5. Lighting and other electrical mechanisms
  • Any ready-stock item must be returned:
    1. Within 3 days starting from the delivery date (indicated on the “Shipment Sheet”).
    2. Unused or in perfect condition, the products will be inspected once returned by "GRANDOME INDONESIA" or affiliated stores within 3 days.
    3. Within the original packaging
    4. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our guarantee wouldn’t apply on the following situations:
    1. Any damage caused by negligence or an improper use of the goods
    2. Any damage caused by accident or a forceful use of the goods
    3. Natural degradation caused by environmental and/or lack of maintenance
    4. Artificial degradation caused by erroneous maintenance
    5. Changes occurring due to a normal use of the product.
  • Grandome reserves the right to replace or repair the defective product according to the one that suits it best. Whichever it chooses, Grandome guarantees the replacement or the repair within 3 months.
